Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
- Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
- Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
- Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Comfort working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, a plus
Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Our benefits package includes:
- $15.00 - $16.50 hourly rate, with performance incentives
- $17.00 hourly rate for Spanish Bilingual representatives, with performance incentives
