Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their calls, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help you navigate even the most complex customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and provide prompt service solutions, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians accurately, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Enter data to update customer accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Correspond with customers via phone and email, using Microsoft Outlook to manage communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

* Reliable home internet and a quiet work-from-home environment

  • Must live within 30 miles of Portland, OR
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Be computer proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Outlook
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting

  • Familiarity with fuel-industry products and services
  • Experience with dispatching and coordinating technicians
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
