arenaflex's Strategic Comp division is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our growing Premium Audit Team. This is a fully remote work-from-home role, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:
- Administratively assists the Premium Audit department in their daily operations, ensuring seamless support and efficient workflow.
- Researches and resolves simple concerns and inquiries in real-time for customers and policyholders, providing exceptional customer service and adherence to arenaflex's policies.
- Learns the best method to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies, developing a deep understanding of insurance products, documents, and industry practices.
- Coordinates problem resolution with necessary teams and refers more complex issues to more experienced staff, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Becomes familiar with utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform customers about products or services, developing a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Documents and updates customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Works within guidance to arrange and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives, focusing on continuous process improvement and efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Experience: Administrative support experience with an insurance carrier or agency is required; Premium Audit support experience is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary - Requires prolonged sitting, continuous use of computer; Occasional Travel - Requires occasional travel (1 time per year) to departmental meetings and training sessions, may include overnight travel.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits:
