Key Responsibilities

As a Digital VA Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time technical support to customers through live chat interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to their queries
  • Delivering clear, concise, and friendly solutions that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations
  • Managing multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance support strategies, share knowledge, and improve overall performance
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and guide customers through technical challenges, ensuring a positive user experience
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement in support quality

What You'll Be Doing

As a live chat customer support agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your role will be to provide prompt, accurate, and helpful responses that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.

Contract Length and Rate

We offer a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule. Our competitive rate is $35 per hour, providing you with a fair compensation for your skills and expertise.

Skills and Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple conversations, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A strong ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week to ensure timely responses and high productivity
  • A reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers

Hours and Location

We're looking for candidates who can commit to 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work at your own pace. As a remote work opportunity, you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in the US.
