Job Profile Summary:

As a Customer Experience Associate I - Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members, providers, and clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating care and service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Medical Information and Communication:

Articulately communicate medical information regarding various services, including educating providers on claims, member eligibility, benefits, EAP services, claim status, and authorization inquiries to callers while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Protected Health Information (PHI) guidelines.

Performance and Quality Standards:

Meet key performance indicators and service standards while demonstrating compassion to members and providers, aligning with arenaflex's values and mission.

Crisis Call Response:

Identify and respond to crisis calls with the appropriate resources, ensuring timely and effective support.

Routine Referrals and Triage:

Facilitate routine referrals and triage decisions that do not require clinical judgment, ensuring seamless care coordination.

Data Entry and Patient Information:

Comprehensively assemble and enter patient information into the appropriate delivery system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Flexibility and Team Support:

Demonstrate flexibility in job duties and schedule to better serve members and contribute to arenaflex's business and operational goals.

Self-Development and Career Progression:

Assume full responsibility for self-development and career progression, proactively seeking and participating in ongoing training sessions (formal and informal).

Operational Awareness and Improvement:

Stay abreast of operational changes, update self to ensure accuracy, and assume responsibility for identifying and bringing to the attention of responsible entities operations problems and/or inefficiencies.

System Navigation and Documentation:

Navigate arenaflex systems, document customers' comments/information, and forward required information, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

Requirements:

Experience:

Two plus years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Healthcare Background:

A healthcare background, including experience with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines.

Technical Skills:

Basic connectivity and internet troubleshooting experience, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications.

Education:

High School diploma/GED minimum.
