Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative II at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

* Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of customer issues and data before it is entered

  • Act as an assistant to the HR Manager, providing administrative support and assistance as needed
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform typing and data entry of confidential client and financial data, meeting the required speed and accuracy standards
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned, including general work, data entry, and reception duties
  • Receive calls, texts, and emails on behalf of arenaflex, responding promptly and professionally
  • Book appointments and flight reservations as needed

* Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information, demonstrating a high level of integrity and honesty

  • Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently, following through on commitments and meeting deadlines
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who proposes solutions, rather than waiting for others to solve problems

  • Must be able to work independently from home without immediate in-person supervision
  • Must be able to read and follow written instructions, demonstrating a high level of literacy and comprehension
  • Must be able to type at a speed of at least 25 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail
