Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solving, and quickly assessing customer needs to provide sound solutions
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions, managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet performance metrics and exceed client expectations
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service delivery
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

Application and Certification Process

- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
