Qualifications
Standard Requirements
* Customer experience is a plus, but not required; what's essential is a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection is a must
- You'll need to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, as well as a strong command of spelling and grammar rules
- A standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment will be required; you'll also need to submit to a smartphone verification process
- You'll need to be willing to work hard, strive for high customer satisfaction ratings, and be articulate with excellent command of the English language
- A high school degree or equivalent is required, and you must be at least 18 years old; authorization to work in the US and residency within the country are also essential
- Unfortunately, residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin are not eligible for this position

* A dual-core 2.8 GHz or better CPU speed is required, along with an Intel i5 or i7 class or AMD Phenom Ryzen or equivalent processor
- Atom, Celeron, Pentium, and Opteron processors are not compatible; a minimum hard drive available space of 20 GB and a minimum hard drive total space of 60 GB are also necessary
- A minimum internet download speed of 10 mbs and a minimum internet upload speed of 3 mbs are required, along with a maximum network latency of 120 ms
- A Windows 10 (64bit) operating system and a minimum RAM of 4 GB are also essential; a desktop or laptop with an ethernet cable connected to your router or modem is required
