Temporary Contract Details

Please note that this is a temporary contract from October 20th, 2025, until February 28th, 2026. Remote work is possible from Poland, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working with our global team.

About the Job

As a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality service by e-mail, phone, or chat
  • Nurturing customer relationships by understanding customer needs and resolving their queries
  • Preparing to support customer inquiries by studying products and policies and processes
  • Improving the quality of service with submissions to improve processes and services yet to be implemented
  • Following up with customers on issue resolution status
  • Maintaining sensitive information in compliance with local and regional law (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation)
  • Acting as a customer advocate in the organization while interacting with other internal departments

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, or Greek (minimum B2 level)
  • Fast learner with strong customer service focus
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong cultural awareness
  • Experience in handling SAP and/or Service Management Tools (e.g., ServiceNow) – nice to have
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local culture of supported countries – nice to have
  • Work experience in a virtual, multi-national set up – nice to have
  • Knowledge of eCommerce business – nice to have
