Key Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable NLP models and chatbot architectures that deliver exceptional conversational experiences.
• Implementing conversational agents using tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, or custom-built NLP engines that meet the needs of various industries.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Developers, to integrate AI solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Fine-tuning language models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Training and evaluating deep learning models for intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and dialogue management to ensure seamless conversational experiences.
• Continuously monitoring model performance, identifying failure points, and implementing improvements to ensure high-quality AI-driven chatbot systems.
• Maintaining code repositories and ensuring version control using Git-based workflows to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Conducting research to stay updated with emerging AI trends and applying best practices in production-ready systems to drive innovation and excellence.
• Documenting systems, architecture decisions, and technical specifications clearly to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an AI Engineer at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in NLP and chatbot development, with at least one production-level deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK, etc.
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and vector embeddings to drive conversational AI innovation.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks for chatbot integrations to ensure seamless communication.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment of models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to drive innovation and excellence.

Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1–2 years specifically in NLP and chatbot systems.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment to drive collaboration and innovation.

Working Hours
