Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling the Elements Wellness Program: Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Listen to clients, respond to their needs, and turn every incident of client criticism into a story of great customer service.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Retail Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, preferably in a spa-like or similar environment, where you have catered to clients' needs and provided exceptional hospitality.
