The Role
As a Ministry Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for churches seeking help and guidance on their arenaflex websites and digital tools. You'll provide expert support through email, chat, and phone, helping churches troubleshoot issues, get the most out of their websites, and champion their success. This is a unique opportunity to make an eternal impact through your work, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for serving the local church.
Key Responsibilities
* Support churches by responding to questions and resolving challenges through email, chat, and phone
- Proactively guide ministries in how to best utilize their arenaflex websites and tools
- Accurately document interactions, progress, and resolutions
- Collaborate internally to escalate and resolve more technical issues when needed
- Stay organized using systems like HubSpot (CRM) and ClickUp (task management)
- Continuously learn and adapt as our platform evolves to better serve churches
What We're Looking For
* A heart for the local church – you believe in what churches are doing and want to help them succeed
- Fast learner who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and loves solving problems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – you don't let things slip through the cracks
- Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and warm
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and ClickUp is highly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service, tech support, or ministry experience is a plus, but not required if you're the right fit
