Key Responsibilities:

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions

• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills

Application and Certification Process:

• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements:

arenaflex has a variety of programs starting every week, each with its own set of requirements and metrics. As an Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for meeting the minimum standards for each program, including:

• Providing services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility
• Meeting client-specific requirements and metrics

Availability:

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn a higher income based on your performance and availability.

Technology Needed for Success:

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to have access to a computer and internet connection. arenaflex systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook, so you'll need to have a Windows-based computer or laptop. You may also need to invest in additional security measures and technology equipment, depending on the specific program and client requirements.
