As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:- Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solve and provide sound solutions to customer needs
- Quickly assess customer needs and provide high-level customer service
- Document details of all calls and customer interactions
- Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications:- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. You'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of programs and opportunities, and you'll be responsible for meeting the requirements of each program.Availability
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from anywhere. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have the opportunity to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.Technology Needed for Success
