Responsibilities
As an AI Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients integrate AI-powered features into their existing websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching and recommending suitable AI tools and integrations to meet our clients' needs
- Developing and integrating AI chatbots and virtual agents to enhance customer experiences
- Implementing AI automation solutions for website processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems to minimize disruptions
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the continued success of our clients' AI-powered solutions
- Collaborating closely with our internal team to align deliverables with business goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience with AI tools, APIs, chatbots, and virtual agents (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, GPT-based agents, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of web integrations and APIs
- Experience working with websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built sites preferred)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills in English
