Responsibilities
As a Digital Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via digital chat platforms in a timely and accurate manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Staying informed on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Respond to customer inquiries within 5 minutes of receipt
- Resolve customer issues within 30 minutes of receipt
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a digital chat environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital chat platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
