Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Providing a high-level of customer service, including empathy and patience with difficult callers
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Strong customer service and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including:

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
• Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Availability

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
