Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and proposal development
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of customers
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other sales tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop a deep understanding of our offerings
- Certification in sales, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale or the SPIN Selling technique
