As part of the Brand & Creative Operations team, you'll help create work that earns attention, shapes culture, and builds lasting connections with our audiences.What You'll DoManage project execution across creative campaigns, social activations, and co-marketing initiatives.Build and maintain project timelines, asset trackers, status updates, and workflows.Coordinate communication between Brand & Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.Support the development and delivery of digital creative assets across various channels.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure assets meet brand standards.Identify project risks, flag blockers, and drive proactive solutions.Leverage emerging tools and technologies to improve efficiency and operations.Requirements4-6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, production, or marketing operations.Experience managing multiple projects and timelines across cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Monday.com or Figma.PreferencesFamiliarity with creative production workflows across social, video, and digital channels.Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.Interest in creative operations, process improvement, and building scalable ways of working.Apply now to be part of a fast-moving team dedicated to elevating creative work through effective operations.
