- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies using platforms like Linkedin, ATS, Apollo, Zoominfo
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Utilize social media management tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in campus recruitment efforts by establishing relationships with universities and participating in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
- Lead candidate outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging employee referral programs to generate quality leads for open positions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with familiarity engaging in cold calling, and sourcing
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law, contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Experience in executive recruiting or specialized fields such as HR management or sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and platforms like Salesforce for lead generation and candidate engagement.
- Solid understanding of employment & labor law compliance including labor standards and legal hiring practices.
