Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
