Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences and support. You'll be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and programs. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex services and programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve patient experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare or a related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional languages a plus)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with patient engagement and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
