Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services and policies. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on arenaflex services and policies
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tagalog and English
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with a healthcare organization

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingualism in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
