Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's brand values. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support to patients and families, addressing their medical, emotional, and logistical needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and ensure seamless care transitions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to provide informed support
  • Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations and build trust with patients and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge, skills, and cultural competence
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance patient experiences and services
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications) preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field, with a focus on patient-facing interactions
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare software systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a customer service or patient-facing role

  • Certification in customer service, healthcare, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Medical Assistant)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills in additional languages
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
