Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Mechatronics Technician/Servicetechniker im Außendienst (m/w/d) to join our Service Techniker Team in the region of Karlsruhe/Pforzheim. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Repairing and maintaining machines for postal processing (franking machines, envelope inserters, RISO printers)
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machines
- Installing new machines at customer sites
- Receiving and documenting service requests in our SAP S4 Hana system
- Collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless customer service
- Taking ownership of the Bavaria region, working closely with three other Service Technicians
- Traveling and occasionally overnight stays may be required
- Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with industry developments
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines

Essential Qualifications:
* Technical education in mechatronics, electromechanical, or a related field
- Experience as a Service Technician/Servicetechniker im Außendienst (m/w/d)
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, electromechanical, and networking technologies
- Structured working style and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SAP S4 Hana system
- Knowledge of postal processing machines and related technologies
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
