Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager Customer Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with the market to understand and analyze customer needs and requirements, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
- Uncovering prospects' business problems and understanding their requirements to determine product-market fit, conducting client work sessions to gather insights and feedback
- Tailoring prospect-specific presentations that precisely meet the needs of prospects, leveraging standard and repeatable techniques to promote compliant and conforming solutions with efficiency
- Leading solution creation and Solution Review forums that engage stakeholders in deal construction, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment
- Working closely with the sales team to provide guidance and support on complex deals, including deal structuring and negotiation
- Evaluating and recommending technology solutions to address business challenges and opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to define and communicate architecture strategies and roadmaps
- Contributing to the development of best practices and standards in solution architecture, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Customer Solution team
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Technical Expertise:
* Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and competitive landscape, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Overseeing the development of solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations, ensuring that solutions meet market needs and customer requirements
Customer Engagement:
* Engaging with key customers and prospects to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and providing insights and recommendations on solution architectures and deployment strategies
- Partnering with sales teams to ensure a seamless and compelling customer experience from initial engagement through to deal closure
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborating with Offering management and Product engineering to provide market and customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet market needs
- Coordinating with marketing to develop technical content, webinars, and other sales enablement materials
- Working with post-sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful customer implementations
Qualifications:
* Education & Experience: + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field + Extensive knowledge of arenaflex products, with specific experience in cloud-based deployments on AWS + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Travel:
+ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Compensation and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $114,200 - $212,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the arenaflex benefit program, which includes:
