The Role – Your Passion
As our Experienced Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the daily campervan rental business, ensuring a smooth handover and return process for our vehicles, and working closely with our station team on the ground. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll work closely with our Station Manager to develop and train our agents to continuously improve our team's performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the daily campervan rental business, ensuring a smooth handover and return process for our vehicles
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support the Station Manager in personnel planning and training our agents to continuously improve our team's performance
- Ensure the implementation of our quality standards, particularly in terms of customer interaction
- Collaborate with the station team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
What you need to ride the wave with us:
* A completed education and at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the auto rental, tourism, or related industries
- A high level of service and customer orientation, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers face-to-face
- A proactive and problem-solving approach, with a talent for organization and time management
- Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
- A valid Class B driving license
