The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative based in the UK. In this role, your primary focus will be conducting service reviews and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure our customers get maximum value from the arenaflex platform. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and addressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead regular service reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address challenges

  • Coordinate and manage smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, capturing feedback and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and service outcomes using CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive a seamless customer journey

What We’re Looking For

* 1-3 years in a customer success, onboarding, or account management role (B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, with strong time-management and coordination abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
  • Based in the UK and available for occasional in-person team meetings or client visits if needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and services
  • Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
