Position Overview
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy. You will provide detailed information about products, services, and policies, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. You will also collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
