The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be working from home permanently, during U.S. business hours (9am-6pm CT). You'll be responsible for connecting with clients via email, phone, or our support platform to provide clear and helpful solutions. You'll take charge of level 1 queries and smoothly hand off more complex cases to our level 2 and 3 teams. You'll also collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure accurate and efficient responses.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work fluently in English and French to assist our diverse clients across North America and Europe (bonus if you speak Spanish too!).
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Spanish is a big plus!
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
- A natural problem-solver who listens to clients' needs and delivers creative solutions.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like CRMs. Bonus points if you know HubSpot!
- A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for helping people.
