Job Summary

As a Customer Integration Associate (Contractor), you'll work remotely throughout the U.S. to collaborate with school administrators and Higher Education Professors to integrate their course data with publisher courseware and learning management systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously.

Major Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with school administrators to set up courses in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless integration with publisher courseware and learning management systems.

• Facilitate virtual meetings with professors to review integrating their Achieve course with their school's learning management system, providing guidance and support to exceed expectations.
• Utilize outstanding attention to detail and comfort in asking clarifying questions of full-time team members to minimize data processing errors, while quickly navigating among internal systems simultaneously with accuracy (e.g. Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in education technology.

Required Qualifications:

* Meticulous and keen eye to details, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.

• Superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Substantial computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, with a strong understanding of Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
• Extraordinary customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional support and guidance to customers.
• Solid understanding of process documentation and the ability to guide customers through detailed steps.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills / Knowledge:

* Experience as a high school teacher or in a related field is desirable.

• Previous experience with incorporating digital education materials into a high school classroom is preferred.
• Solving puzzles and finding patterns is something you enjoy, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning environment is a plus.
• Experience with Clever and/or ClassLink rostering systems is desirable.
• Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and/or D2L learning management systems is desirable.

Education Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Hours and Location:

* Approximately 10-20 hours per week from June - September 2024.

• Remote work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Pay Rate:

* $25/hour
