What You Will Do
As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring support to meet their expectations
- Meeting team KPIs and performance targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and experience
- Securingly handling customers' sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection and security policies
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services, providing accurate and informative support to customers
- Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies, ensuring seamless collaboration and support
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To excel as a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you will need:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with cryptocurrency platforms, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
A Great Plus
While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a valuable asset in this role, allowing you to leverage your skills to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
