Experienced Associate Customer Success Manager – Cloud Contact Center Software

We're seeking a results-driven and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate CSM, you will be the liaison between the customer and arenaflex, addressing customer issues, concerns, and questions, and providing effective solutions in a reactive and non-designated manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
- Quarterback experiences by various cross-functional teams at arenaflex, on behalf of the customer
- Apply an understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and support processes
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Key Qualifications:
* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role preferred
- Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex project and processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- BA/BS degree or higher

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $55,700—$129,400 USD
- Annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
