Job Summary

As an Annuities Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing new business applications, and ensuring timely execution of transactions. You will work closely with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Follow established procedures to process new business application transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Correspond with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments regarding pending cases, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications, adhering to SEC and DXC/BrightHouse guidelines
  • Provide an elite customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
  • Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required

Mandatory Requirements

* High school diploma

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
  • Working experience of insurance products, applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Annuities experience is highly preferred

  • MS Excel experience

Work Environment

* This position is fully remote within the United States only

  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Central Time Zone is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000

  • Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the arenaflex benefit program, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; employee wellness; life and disability insurance; a retirement savings plan; paid holidays; and paid time off
