Job Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

+ Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's SaaS products and services to provide expert support and guidance to clients. + Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of issues. + Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. + Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Collaboration

+ Work closely with teams across Customer Success, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a unified approach to customer support. + Become a product expert to assist clients more effectively and provide informed guidance on arenaflex's SaaS solutions. + Participate in scheduled team meetings outside of regular shift hours to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.

Analysis and Reporting

+ Track and analyze key performance metrics related to customer support to identify areas for improvement and optimize support processes. + Contribute to reports on support activities, customer feedback, and service performance to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

+ Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of SaaS innovation. + Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team and for customers.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and service.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Proficiency with customer support software and tools, including arenaflex's proprietary systems.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain SaaS products, including arenaflex's solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • College degree or coursework is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 1 am - 10 am Utah Time (includes 1 hr unpaid break)
