Your Purpose

As a Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including Compliance, Engineering, Fraud, and Platform, to resolve customer queries, complaints, and account verifications. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to our users, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their journey with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to all incoming requests through support channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses within our service level agreement (SLA) response times.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners, in an empathetic and professional manner.
  • Compile the necessary requirements of the user according to the client's request, scaling the client's requests to the operations team with the necessary requirements.
  • Document and alert the team of sudden problems (based on user reports) in our internal messaging software.
  • Work with customer advocacy to operationalize and standardize new and existing policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
  • Set a high bar for support analysts within the organization by setting an example through performance and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude when tackling different volumes of workload and highly available.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluency.

  • Currently living in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia.
  • 6 months to 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Agent or Customer Service Agent.
  • Willingness to adapt to different working schedules, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure and handle different client cases.
  • Strong communication skills, experience in direct or digital contact with clients.
  • Experience with different channels of support, including voice, email, social, and/or chat.
  • Honesty, integrity, and proactive and meticulous approach to work.
  • Ability to operate across multiple departments and communicate with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
