The Role

We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer support representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers. As a member of our crew, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about our clients' services, and your warm, friendly, and knowledgeable approach will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish

  • Provide clear, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers seeking information about our clients' services
  • Utilize strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Project Hours and Commitment:

* Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm (All Times Pacific)

  • 20 hours per week
  • 90 days (as needed)

Hourly Pay Rate:

* To be discussed in the interview phase

What We're Looking For:

* A pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills

  • Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong multitasking skills, with a passion for research and learning new things each day
  • Energetic and positive individuals that take pride in helping people find the best solution
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of property taxes and tax reduction services (a plus, but not required)
  • Familiarity with automation and technology-based solutions
  • Certification in customer support or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
