Job Summary

As a Customer Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations related to sales and campaign action planning. You'll work closely with our Customer Facing Team to identify value-added customer insights, develop data-driven strategies, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, including their needs, preferences, and behaviors

  • Identify value-added customer insights through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations related to sales and campaign action planning
  • Collaborate with the Customer Facing Team to develop data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our business model, including our products, services, and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data sources, including our customer databases, sales data, and market research
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our analytics tools and technologies, including our data visualization and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

Requirements

* University degree with an emphasis on business analysis or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an analytics business function, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sources and business model
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations related to sales and campaign action planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including data visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of business acumen and the ability to develop data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
