Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist with Estonian and English language skills, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and resolving a wide variety of consumer queries by phone calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise solutions to customers' issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a customer-centric manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Language Skills:
You must have a very good command of spoken Estonian (C1) and good command of spoken English (at least level B2)
Experience:
Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial, as is experience in a technical-facing role
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
