Job Summary
As a Customer Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing tactical project plans that drive customer success. Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and complete tactical project plans related to customer issue resolution, quality improvement plans, and program enhancements
- Act as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts, coordinating proactive customer communication and ensuring timely issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer success, or a related field

- Deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, ICD-10, and other relevant regulations

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer success, or a related field

- Certification in a related field, such as CPC, CPHQ, or CPHIMS
- Experience working in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving team success and growth
