Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our government Customer Success team for the CoCounsel product. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for post-sale customer engagement, onboarding, and ensuring clients achieve their goals with our generative AI products. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure clients maximize their use of CoCounsel and other arenaflex products
- Conduct regular customer onboarding, training, and support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote CoCounsel and other arenaflex products
Essential Qualifications
* Law degree (LL.B or J.D.) and/or substantial experience working with government/court customers
- Experience working in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
- Strong presenting and communication skills, with experience training and interacting with customers regularly
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with generative AI products and their applications in the government and court sectors
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including CoCounsel
- Strong understanding of the government and court sectors, including their challenges, trends, and best practices
- Experience with customer success software and tools, such as CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
- Certification in customer success, sales, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary, based on performance
