About the Role
As a Finnish Customer Service Specialist on our Nikon customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone and email to our Finnish customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, meet service quality goals, and build meaningful relationships with our customers. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to Finnish customers

Requirements
* Native or proficient level of Finnish (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
