Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a service company, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • ITIL qualifications and experience are preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
