Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our members, clients, and facilities, providing prompt and professional assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and issues. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex problems, escalate critical situations, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Escalate critical situations to senior team members or management as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of Call Center experience

  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • Must reside in the State of Rhode Island
  • High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace required for remote work
