Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to users via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilizing Zendesk to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • High English level (oral & written) and fluency in Spanish or English
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
