Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Senior Director, People Business Partnering - Customer Success to lead a global team of HR Business Partners and People Consultants supporting Customer Success, including Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll be responsible for aligning and executing innovative people strategies with Customer Success leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a global team of HR Business Partners and People Consultants supporting Customer Success, including Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries

  • Align and execute innovative people strategies with Customer Success leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, teamwork, high performance, and growth by developing programs that foster retention, belonging, and talent development
  • Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other teams to deliver scalable, integrated people solutions
  • Use data, analytics, and business insights to drive programs, influence executive decisions, and deliver critical cross-functional projects

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

* 12+ years progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner leadership in global, growth-driven technology organizations

  • Deep expertise in Customer Success or similar GTM/post-sales environments
  • Demonstrated success advising and influencing C-level and senior executives in fast-paced, complex transformation environments
  • Proven ability to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

* Experience leading global HR programs across multiple regions and functions

  • Strong program management and change leadership skills with a track record of scaling HR practices
  • Proficiency in M365 and G-Suite applications
