Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolving service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
- Effectively responding to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications
- Returning all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved
- Entering service data into computer systems
- Logging information about customer service interactions into systems and updating information in a timely and accurate manner
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
- Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the environmental services industry
- Knowledge of waste management and recycling processes
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Work Environment and Culture
As a remote call center representative, you will work from home and be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
