Work from Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll need to meet certain requirements to ensure you can perform your job effectively. These include:

• Providing a personal device (desktop, laptop or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless and dial-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM
• Meeting internet speed requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, and no packet loss or ping under 50ms
• Having a clean and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• To be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of Customer Service experience (preferred)
• To be over 18 years of age
• To be able to type 25 wpm
• To have a High School Graduate or GED
• To be comfortable with desktop computer systems
• To have proven oral and written communication skills
• To have logical problem-solving skills
• To be able to navigate Windows operating systems
• To have organization and work prioritization skills
