Experienced Customer Experience Specialist (German & English) – Driving Customer Success at arenaflex

Your Mission
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, empowering them to achieve their goals by providing exceptional support, guidance, and solutions. Your work will directly impact their success, ensuring they feel supported and confident every step of the way. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience, provide feedback for product and process optimization, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and video calls
- Offer personalized recommendations for improving customer websites and proactively support them in starting, managing, and growing their businesses
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and provide feedback for product and process optimization
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, continuously learning and acquiring new knowledge on features and updates
- Support the development and improvement of processes and guidelines for the customer experience, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Represent arenaflex and our mission to customers, providing a positive and supportive experience
- Work 5 days a week with flexibility in terms of working days, including occasional Saturdays (approximately once a month)
What You Bring
* Fluent German and English language skills (additional European languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of German culture
- A customer-centric "Let's do this" mentality: proactive, motivated, flexible, and open to change
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply, clearly, and helpfully
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, demonstrate empathy, and address diverse needs

- Passion and motivation to learn, improve, and try new things
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
