The Opportunity
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized and outstanding customer service to our clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly demeanor
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
Essential Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer service, contact center, financial services, or a similar industry
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required (associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or a similar industry
- Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
